Our website does not use cookies to collect your details. We only keep the data you submitted to us for the purpose of providing you service and contacting you about your holiday stay in our apartments.
IP ADDRESSES
Every time you fill in and submit a contact form or booking form, your IP address will automatically show on our systems for security reasons.
DATA STORAGE
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as 13 months from date of communication.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
Links from our website to third party websites not controlled by Falcon Court are included for the convenience of the user. Such links do not constitute an endorsement or approval of any web site, product, or service. Falcon Court are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
UNSUBSCRIBE
To date we do not have any mailing lists or send any mail shots. However, if ever we send any e-mail to you in error or you do not want to receive further information from us, please reply with UNSUBSCRIBE within subject line.
YAHOO
This privacy policy has been drawn up to satisfy yahoo requirements. Prospective guests communicating with us and using a yahoo e-mail account, have been complaining that they do not receive our replies. This is a technical issue within Yahoo and we do not have any control over it. If you cannot use another e-mail address (other than yahoo), we will resort to sending you our communication through a secondary e-mail address.
This paragraph will be deleted as soon as issue is resolved.
